PSCUCI Terms & Conditions — Member Agreement

By registering a PSCUCI account, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before depositing or placing any bet. These terms govern your relationship with PSCUCI (operating under Gaming Curacao master licence Gaming Curacao 8048/JAZ) and form a legally binding agreement. Last updated: 1 January 2026.

1. Definitions

• "PSCUCI", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of pscuci-malaysia.com
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to the registered account holder
• "Account" refers to your personal PSCUCI member account
• "Bet", "Wager" refers to a stake placed on any game offered by PSCUCI
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit issued by PSCUCI

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old. Some jurisdictions require 21+
• You must be a legal resident of Malaysia or another jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted
• You must not be a resident of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited (e.g., USA, France, Germany federally restricted regions)
• You must have full legal capacity to enter contracts
• You must not be self-excluded from any licensed online casino
• You must not be an employee of PSCUCI or an immediate family member of an employee

3. Account Registration

• One account per person, per IP address, per device, per household
• Multi-accounting is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and current
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential
• You must notify PSCUCI immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

• PSCUCI may request identity verification at any time per Gaming Curacao Tier-1 requirements
• Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 require completed KYC verification
• Random spot-checks may be performed on lower-value withdrawals
• Documents required: IC or passport photo, selfie holding IC for liveness, recent utility bill or bank statement
• KYC documents must be uploaded via secure portal within 14 days of request, or pending withdrawals may be cancelled
• PSCUCI reserves the right to refuse to process withdrawals to accounts that fail KYC verification

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: RM30 across all channels
• No maximum deposit on bank/crypto channels
• Deposits credit to your main wallet within 30 seconds
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least 1× before withdrawal (anti-money-laundering rule)
• PSCUCI reserves the right to refuse deposits from suspicious sources

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50
• Maximum daily withdrawal scales by VIP tier (RM30k Silver to unlimited Diamond)
• Withdrawals processed 24/7 with median 3-minute completion time
• PSCUCI charges no withdrawal fees
• Withdrawals only to bank accounts or crypto addresses registered in the member’s name
• If a deposit method is used, withdrawal must first attempt that same method (anti-money-laundering)

6. Bonus Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• 120% match on first deposit up to RM2,888 + 88 free spins on Boom Legend
• Minimum deposit RM30
• Rollover: 10× on (bonus + deposit)
• Slot & fishing 100% weighted, live casino 10%, sportsbook 5%, 4D 0%
• Maximum bet RM20 per slot spin / RM50 per live casino hand while bonus active
• Bonus expires 30 days after credit if rollover not completed
• One welcome bonus per member, IP, device, household

6.2 Other Bonuses

Daily Reload, Weekly Cashback, Referral, Birthday and VIP bonuses are governed by terms published on the Promotions page. PSCUCI reserves the right to alter or terminate any promotion with 7 days’ prior notice via email and in-app banner.

7. Game Rules

• All games run on certified RNGs (slot & fishing) or live HD streaming (live casino)
• Game outcomes are determined by the provider’s RNG, not by PSCUCI
• PSCUCI cannot manipulate individual game outcomes
• Disconnect protection: if your connection drops during a slot spin, the result still applies and credit/debit reflects on reconnect
• Live casino disconnects: standard live casino rules apply (Baccarat banker/player bets stand, Blackjack folds at current hand)
• Disputed payouts are reviewed against the game provider’s server log within 7 business days

8. Fraud & Abuse

• Multi-accounting — immediate account termination, forfeit of all balances
• Bonus abuse (low-risk hedge betting, irregular play patterns) — bonus winnings forfeited
• Collusion at live tables — permanent account ban, criminal referral
• Use of automated bots, scripts or VPN masking — account suspension pending investigation
• Chargebacks on credit/debit card deposits — account terminated, recovery legal action pursued
• Identity fraud (using false IC, stolen banking) — account terminated, reported to Malaysian Police and Gaming Curacao

9. Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive after 12 months of no login. Inactive account balances are subject to a maintenance fee of RM10 per month deducted automatically. Accounts can be reactivated by simply logging in — no penalty for reactivation. Balances of zero on inactive accounts incur no fee.

10. Disputes & Arbitration

2. If unresolved within 14 days, escalate to a Senior Resolution Specialist
3. If still unresolved, file a complaint with Gaming Curacao regulator at [email protected]
4. For Malaysian regulatory disputes, contact the Personal Data Protection Commissioner (for data disputes)

11. Termination

PSCUCI reserves the right to terminate any account at our discretion for breach of these Terms. Remaining balances on terminated accounts (excluding bonus winnings forfeited per Section 8) will be refunded to the original deposit method within 30 days.

12. Limitation of Liability

PSCUCI is not liable for losses caused by: server downtime, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, fraudulent third-party access to your account, your own errors during gameplay, regulatory shutdowns. Maximum liability in any case is capped at the deposit balance on your account at the time of incident.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Disputes arising are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Curacao courts and Gaming Curacao regulator (licence Gaming Curacao 8048/JAZ).

14. Changes to Terms

PSCUCI may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email and in-app notice. Continued use of PSCUCI after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
